二、Working principle of inclined screw thickener：

The equipment relies on one or more axial spirals installed at an inclined angle to slowly lift the material away from the liquid surface, and separates the water in the material through the surrounding screen drum filter screen. The material mixture rises continuously during the spiral lifting process. After leaving the liquid surface, it is subjected to pressure during the gradual reduction of the spiral space, completing the process of squeezing and dewatering. Compression technology adopts the process of increasing the shaft diameter and reducing the pitch. By reducing the pitch and thickening the intermediate shaft diameter, the spatial compression principle between the spiral sheets is changed, and dehydration is achieved through the compression principle of reducing the space.
