二．principle of operation：

The working principle is that by changing the screw distance and thickening the screw shaft, the raw material is continuously pushed forward, and the running space of the material is reduced by gradually decreasing the pitch and gradually thickening the shaft diameter. The material is compressed by the space between the screw and the filter drum while being pushed forward by the screw, and the pressing force is forced to achieve the purpose of material dehydration。Because the outlet is blocked by the thrust valve, it must have a certain pressure to be squeezed out from the outlet, so the material is further squeezed and dehydrated here. The pressure of the plugging thrust valve can be adjusted, so the water content of the discharge can be well controlled. The filtrate after forced extrusion is discharged smoothly through the gap (hole) of the filter cartridge, flows into the filtrate collection tank, and is discharged through the closed pipeline.
