二．Working principle, equipment characteristics：

The working principle of double-roll double-screw press dehydrator is completed by the relative movement of two screw rollers. The screw press roller is manufactured according to a certain compression ratio with variable diameter and variable distance. While the two screw rollers continuously push the material forward, the space of the material in the process of turning forward is getting smaller and smaller because of the smaller pitch and the larger shaft diameter, which is strongly compressed by the filter sieve plate and the screw rollers, and the free water contained in the fiber and fat is forcibly squeezed out。Strong mechanical extrusion force makes the materials that need dehydration squeeze out water to the utmost extent. So as to achieve the purpose of squeezing and dehydrating materials.。

The feed water content of the equipment can be in ninety-seven percent97%-80%, and the discharge water content is 70%-55%, depending on the raw materials. The filter screen drum is made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, and the material with special corrosive strength can be made of titanium plate or Hastelloy C276。There are two kinds of filter holes: round hole and slit shape (slit filter plates are made of triangular bars to ensure hardness and strength).。
