2、 Working principle and equipment characteristics:

The working principle of the double helix press dewatering machine is achieved by the relative motion of two helical rollers. Spiral squeezing rollers are processed and manufactured according to a certain compression ratio of variable diameter and variable distance. Two spiral rollers continuously push the material forward, and due to the decrease in pitch and increase in shaft diameter, the space for the material to move forward becomes smaller and smaller. It is compressed by the strong force of the filter screen and spiral rollers, forcing the moisture in the middle of the material to be squeezed out. The powerful mechanical squeezing force maximizes the extraction of moisture from materials that require dehydration. To achieve the goal of material pressing and dehydration.

The feed moisture content of this equipment can be between 97% -80%, and the discharge moisture content is between 70% -55%, depending on the raw materials. The material of the filter drum is made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, and special materials with high corrosion strength can be made of titanium plate or Hastelloy C276 material. There are two types of filter mesh holes: circular holes and slit shaped filters (both slit shaped filter plates are made by welding triangular bars to ensure hardness and strength).
