1、 Overview:
The single effect fiber separator is a comprehensive equipment mainly used after the hydraulic pulper to process pulp from the hydraulic pulper. It has the function of secondary shredding of small paper sheets and fiber thinning, and can separate light and heavy impurities from the slurry. It has the advantages of high production capacity, low power consumption, and good evacuation effect. The principle is to use the difference in specific gravity between fibers and impurities to remove the lightness in the waste paper pulp; Heavy impurities.
2、 Working principle:
The pumped slurry enters the separation chamber from the tangential pressure above the cylinder, and the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the auxiliary impeller causes the slurry to circulate axially in the separator. Heavy impurities with a high proportion in the slurry are quickly thrown to the periphery and rotate along the inner wall of the cylinder. Due to the thrust of the cutterhead and slurry pressure, the heavy slag is thrown to the upper side of the front edge of the barrel and enters the slag removal system to separate from the slurry. The good slurry after separating heavy slag returns to the slurry inlet pipe and enters the separator with the original slurry for separation. Light impurities can also be discharged directly to the skip screen or impurity separator without connecting to the slurry inlet pipe. Under the centripetal force of the vortex, they accumulate in the center and are discharged through the light outlet at the center of the fiber separator end cover under pressure. Good pulp, after being forcefully released by the cutterhead and bottom blade (sieve plate), passes through the sieve plate under pressure and enters the pulp chamber before being discharged steadily. It is then discharged into the pulp pool or connected to the pressure sieve.
