1、 Introduction to the main features of the relief type upward flow pressure hole screen:
The relief type upward flow pressure hole screen is a new type of pressure screen that integrates relief and screening. After the slurry enters the sieve body from the bottom, heavy slag such as metal and sand are immediately thrown to the periphery under the action of centrifugal force, and discharged through the heavy slag discharge outlet (intermittent or continuous form). Good pulp penetrates the sieve holes under pressure and enters the next stage of the process. Light impurities rise to the top of the screen under pressure and are discharged from the screen through the light slag discharge pipeline on the semi-circular top cover. Light impurities are relatively soft and will not cause wear on the surface of the fins and screen drum when passing through the screening area.
The wings of the release type pressure hole screen have a release function, with a stepped release grinding area on the wings. When rotating at high speed, they cooperate with the corrugated strips on the screen drum to knead and release small paper sheets, fiber clumps, and fiber bundles, and screen them out. It can replace the current single effect fiber separator, with higher production capacity and lower power consumption than the single effect fiber separator. Improve production capacity and reduce energy consumption. Simplifying the production process is a high-efficiency and low-energy screening equipment.
Purpose:
Suitable for national waste OCC, ONP, OMG, MOW and other waste paper raw materials, removing light and heavy impurities in the pulp, dispersing pulp clumps, and conducting coarse screening.
