The principle of SPM series dual-disc refiner is a beating and refining equipment with two sets of grinding zones. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small floor area, large production capacity, low power consumption, flexible operation, and convenient maintenance. It is an ideal continuous beating equipment at present. Depending on the refining process requirements, single or multiple machines can be used in series。

The double disc refiner consists of two fixed grinding discs fixed on the casing and moving base and two rotating grinding discs mounted on the rotating disc to form two grinding zones. It is a kind of continuous beating equipment widely used in paper mills at present. By replacing grinding discs with different tooth shapes and adjusting the beating process, it can adapt to the beating requirements of various slurries.

二、working principle：

"Three parts of papermaking and seven parts of pulping". Beating is to use the teeth of different structures of the grinding plate to rotate at high speed to pressurize the grinding plate through axial thrust, and use the crushing and shearing action between many grooves and teeth to crush the pulp. The coarse fibers in the pulp are crushed, loosened, moderately cut and divided into filaments; more importantly, the fibers absorb water and swell during beating, making them have high elasticity and plasticity, meeting the requirements of paper machine production, and enabling the produced paper to achieve the expected quality indicators。

The raw material enters the two grinding plate areas through the two feed pipes by pumping pressure, and spreads from the center of the disc to the surroundings. Under the centrifugal force generated when the circular grinding plate rotates at high speed, the raw material is gradually dispersed from the center to the surroundings. All raw materials must pass through the entire grinding area. Under the strong pressure and shear force of the grinding plate, the raw materials must be crushed, dispersed and refined to meet the requirements for papermaking.
