The GSC series high concentration heavy slag remover is a slag remover that uses the centrifugal principle to remove heavy impurities from slurry.
The GSC series high concentration slag remover is a new and efficient slag remover developed by our company based on advanced technologies at home and abroad. Its main body adopts a double-layer structure, with carbon steel materials for the exterior and support parts, stainless steel materials for the inlet and outlet pipelines in contact with the slurry, and a double cone slag removal structure for the interior. The cone is made of industrial silicon oxide ceramic material, which has high strength, wear resistance, and good smoothness. The main body is designed with a large cone, which has good conductivity and can be used in purification systems for high concentration liquid raw materials to remove heavy impurities such as iron, sand, slurry lumps, slurry blocks, rubber blocks, and iron nails from the slurry.
The double cone high-efficiency high concentration slag removal machine is an advanced equipment for various pulp purifiers and is an indispensable key equipment for purification. It utilizes the difference in specific gravity between fibers and impurities to separate heavy impurities from pulp, achieving the purpose of purifying pulp. This device has a wide range of applications, including coarse selection and purification of high concentration pulp, as well as selective purification of low concentration pulp before paper machines.
The slag remover is a vertical structure with a small footprint, high production capacity, easy operation, no clogging of the slag discharge port, high purification efficiency, and the slurry only passes through the slag remover once without the need for tail slurry treatment equipment. The fiber loss is zero, the cone is wear-resistant, has a long service life, no transmission, and does not require power. It can be installed during the slurry transportation process to achieve the slag removal effect.
