working principle:
The ZDC series low concentration heavy slag remover is based on the principle of vortex centrifugal separation. The slurry enters from the inlet in a tangential direction under a certain pressure and undergoes high-speed vortex motion inside the conical separator. The heavy impurities and adhesive substances in the slurry are quickly thrown towards the periphery, and slowly descend along the conical pipe wall under pressure and the inertia of spiral rotation, and are discharged from the lower slag discharge nozzle. Good slurry gathers at the center of the separation tube, forming a main slurry flow, which is sent out from the upper good slurry port and enters the next process.
