Purpose:

The JHZF type slurry separator is mainly connected to the light slag discharge pipe of single effect fiber separators, pressure screens, and other equipment, to further separate the slurry contained in the discharged light slag. It is also used in the paper plastic separation industry as a separation equipment for plastic and pulp from raw materials after hydraulic pulping machines. In the paper plastic separation process, plastic and pulp can be directly separated, simplifying the process and reducing power consumption. And the separated plastic is clean and almost free of pulp.

Structural principles and characteristics:

The pulp flows into the paper plastic separator under normal pressure, and under the throwing action of the high-speed rotating rotor blades (with adjustable clearance movable blades on the rotor), the pulp penetrates the sieve plate and separates from the plastic under the lubrication of water. The plastic sheets are sucked out by the discharge fan at the discharge end. Under high-speed rotation, the flying blade will perform secondary thinning and separation on coarse paper sheets and paper sheets that have not been separated from plastic sheets. With the help of washing water, the plastic will be continuously washed, making the separated plastic cleaner and almost free of pulp.
