1、 Introduction to Gravity Circular Mesh Concentrator:
The DHYW series circular mesh concentrator consists of a mesh cage, a roller pressing device, a scraper device, and a transmission mechanism. Low concentration (0.5-1%) slurry is fed into the slurry inlet and flows into the circular mesh tank, where it is adsorbed onto the surface of the mesh cage in the direction of low-speed rotation. The dewatering of the slurry is achieved through the filtration pressure difference generated by different specifications of filter screens in the mesh cage and the liquid level difference inside and outside the mesh cage (approximately 1/5-1/2 of the mesh cage diameter). And through the gravity pressure filtration of the pressure roller, the slurry is concentrated to 8-20% and adheres to the pressure roller. It is peeled off by a scraper close to the roller surface in the direction of rotation of the pressure roller and falls into the slurry outlet.
2、 Usage characteristics and scope:
The gravity type circular mesh concentrator is suitable for a wide range of pulp types, and can achieve low concentration pulp dewatering, reduce the loss of small and short fibers, and achieve balanced pulp concentration and dewatering. The output pulp concentration after dewatering can be adjusted by adjusting the pressing force of the pressure roller. Whether it is wheat straw pulp, rice straw pulp, bamboo pulp, cotton pulp, wood pulp and other raw materials, they can all play a good role in water filtration and concentration. This device has a high production capacity and low power consumption. By changing the mesh size of the filter, the concentration of white water can be controlled. The higher the mesh size of the filter, the higher the filtration accuracy, the lower the concentration of white water, and the less fiber loss.
3、 Theoretical filtration capacity for raw materials:
According to conventional empirical theory, the daily output per square meter of net surface is less than 1 ton for Masson pine wood pulp, more than 2 tons for chemical wood pulp, and about 1.5-2 tons for grass pulp.
