1、 Usage and characteristics:

The first screening process for kitchen waste is completed by a fully enclosed shaking screen. The device is made of steel plate and has a fully sealed structure to prevent odor leakage and avoid environmental pollution caused by material splashing. The all steel body is sturdy and durable, and the equipment has a long service life. The sieve plate is made of carbon steel material, and a strong magnet is installed on the sieve plate to facilitate the adsorption and collection of iron in the material. The remaining materials are separated through sieve filtration. Soup, oil, meatballs, noodles and other food leftovers are sieved and shaken through a sieve, and then mixed with meatballs, noodles and other materials before being discharged from the equipment. The screened materials include disposable chopsticks, plastic buckets, spoons, forks, broken porcelain, plastic bags, etc., which are discharged through the slag discharge outlet at the lower end of the slope under the action of the shaking screen. This equipment has the advantages of high production capacity per unit area, low power consumption, small footprint, simple operation and maintenance, and reliable operation.

2、 Structure and working principle:

This equipment consists of a foundation bracket, shaking screen body, excitation device, transmission device, universal joint rod, and inlet and outlet hopper, as shown in the attached figure. The shaking screen body is suspended on a large bracket through four universal joint rods, and the counterweight device is installed at the center of the screen body. The motor on the outside of the screen body drives the vibration device to rotate through the transmission mechanism. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the eccentric block installed on the shaft drives the screen body to swing 360 degrees in a flat plane. The installation structure of the screen plate is inclined towards the discharge port. Food and kitchen materials quickly pass through the screen holes and fall onto the two-layer slotted screen under continuous strong shaking, slide towards the discharge port, and are discharged from the discharge port. The liquid is discharged from the bottom tank. The upper part of the sieve traps disposable chopsticks, forks, spoons, large bones, plastic bottles, plastic bags, and other items. These items are centrally discharged into the screw conveyor through the slag discharge outlet and sent to the double roll shredder. After shredding, the materials are pressed, dehydrated, loaded onto trucks, and transported to the garbage plant for incineration treatment.
