1、 Ultra efficient shallow dissolved air flotation machine:

Air flotation separation technology refers to the process of maximizing the dissolution of gas into water under a certain pressure condition, striving to be in a saturated state. Then, the formed pressure dissolved gas water is released through depressurization, generating a large number of fine bubbles that come into full contact with suspended flocs in the water. The suspended flocs in the water adhere to the microbubbles and float to the surface with the bubbles, forming floating debris and scraping it off, thereby purifying water quality. Our factory has developed an efficient shallow air flotation device, which is an advanced rapid air flotation system. Based on traditional air flotation theory, we have successfully applied the "shallow theory" and "zero velocity" principles. Through careful design, it integrates coagulation, air flotation, skimming, sedimentation, and scraping into one, and is an efficient equipment for water purification treatment.

1. Adopting the "Shallow Pool Theory" and "Zero Speed Theory" design, it is efficient, energy-saving, small in size, and easy to install.

2. Short dwell time (3-5 minutes) and high coating load rate (9.6-12 μ m2 • h).

3. By using a water distribution method that completely mixes dissolved water and raw water, and equipped with a dedicated release device, the treatment effect is good, with a SS removal rate of over 90% and a slag solid content of 3-4%.
