1、 Overview:

The PP three-phase separator is the core device of anaerobic reactors, mainly used in anaerobic reactors such as UASB, EGSB, IC, etc. It can achieve the separation of solid, liquid, and gas phases in anaerobic reactions. The effectiveness of three-phase separation directly determines the success or failure of anaerobic processes, so the design parameters of three-phase separators require considerable precision. A high-performance three-phase separator is the guarantee for high load and stable operation of UASB, EGSB, and IC reactors. The box type three-phase separator developed and produced by our company has been successfully applied in wastewater treatment projects in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and fermentation. The UASB load can reach up to 8kgCOD/m3d, while the EGSB and IC loads can remain stable at 15 kgCOD/m3d. The box type three-phase separator produced by our company has reached the advanced level in the same industry in China.

2、 Equipment structure:

The three-phase separator mainly consists of a reflector plate, a gas collection tank, a gas collection pipe, and a water collection tank.

3、 Working principle:

As sewage comes into contact with sludge, anaerobic reactions occur, producing biogas (gases are methane and carbon dioxide) and causing disturbance to the sludge bed. Part of the gas generated in the sludge bed adheres to the sludge particles, and free bubbles and bubbles attached to the sludge particles rise to the top of the reactor. The sludge particles rise and collide with the bottom of the degassing baffle, causing the release of attached bubbles; The degassed sludge particles settle back onto the surface of the sludge bed. Free gas and gas released from sludge particles are collected in the gas collection chamber at the top of the reactor. The liquid contains some remaining solids and biological particles that enter the sedimentation chamber. The remaining solids and biological particles are separated from the liquid and fall back onto the sludge layer through a reflection plate. After separating gas and solid, the liquid continues to rise and then overflows from the effluent weir, and is discharged through the collection tank. Biogas accumulates at the top of the three-phase separator and is discharged through the exhaust pipe. After pretreatment in anaerobic reactors, high concentration organic production wastewater undergoes significant removal of organic matter and a substantial decrease in COD.

4、 Product features:
