The wastewater treatment process of this method does not require the addition of chemical agents, the process is simple, and the operation, investment, and operating costs are more than 40% lower than conventional biochemical methods. The treated wastewater has all indicators better than the national discharge standards, and the water can be reused.

3、 Working principle:

The basic principle of electrocoagulation electrocoating wastewater treatment is that under the action of a direct current electric field, the anode metal dissolves, producing metal ions, cations A13+(aluminum electrode) or Fe2+(iron electrode), and hydrolyzes into active coagulants for pollutants in water. The pollutants quickly condense on the ferrite coagulant, and at the same time, a large amount of gas is released from the anode and cathode, which adheres to the flocculent substances in the wastewater and floats upward, thus achieving the purpose of wastewater purification. Under the action of a direct current electric field, pollutants and ferrite coagulants in wastewater are polarized, making the electrocoagulation process irreversible. Therefore, the coagulation speed is fast, the coagulation efficiency is high, the equipment operates stably, and the pollutant removal rate is high. During both electrocoagulation and electrocoating processes, the cathode produces primary oxygen, which has a strong oxygen effect and can not only remove CODcr, but also has a good decolorization effect.
