2、 System Description of Fully Automatic Dry Powder Dissolving and Dosing Device

1. This system is an automatic dissolution and addition device, suitable for flocculation treatment of municipal or industrial wastewater, flocculation treatment of sludge dewatering processes, purification treatment of drinking water, and wastewater treatment in the chemical, papermaking, and metallurgical industries.

2. The automatic dissolution and dosing device consists of a PLC automatic control system, a dry powder storage system, a precise dry powder dosing device, a moisture-proof heater, and a stainless steel mixing device.

Among the three dosing metering pumps in the automatic dosing device, pump 3 is the backup pump for pump 1 and pump 2. Normally, pump 1 and pump 2 work under the drive of two sets of AC variable frequency automatic dosing control systems, allowing the dosing metering pumps to work in four different ways.
