Working principle of the disc concentrator produced:

1. The pulp inlet concentration is between 0.9% and 2.5%,

2. The pulp flows through the weir plate into the tank, and at the same time enters the pulp inlet where the disc rotates,

3. Concentrate according to the different liquid levels between the tank and the intermediate shaft,

4. The outlet concentration is controlled by adjusting the speed and weir,

5. The filtrate is discharged through one or both ends of the intermediate shaft.

Key maintenance points for the concentrator:

1. Maintain the core shaft and fan-shaped filter screen without collision or compression. Fan shaped filter plates that have not been installed or put into use should be neatly stacked in a fixed place, and heavy objects or trampling should not be placed on them to avoid deformation.

2. Regularly check the filter screen. If the filter screen is damaged, the fan-shaped filter plate should be removed and the filter screen replaced in a timely manner.

3. Regularly check the gasket seal between the core shaft and the groove wall, as well as the sealing tape at the white water outlet of the core shaft. If poor sealing is found, it should be adjusted in a timely manner to ensure appropriate tightness and reliable sealing. When seal failure is found, the machine should be stopped and replaced in a timely manner to ensure the sealing effect.

4. Regularly observe the working status of the flushing device. If the nozzle is blocked, first use wire or steel needle to guide it. If it still cannot be unblocked, the nozzle should be unscrewed to remove the dirt.
