1、 Overview of inclined spiral concentrator:
This device is suitable for filtering, concentrating, and dehydrating various fiber and particle raw material mixtures. The industry is mainly used for solid-liquid separation, pressing and dehydration of manure in papermaking, pharmaceuticals, slaughtering, and aquaculture.
2、 The structural principle of the inclined spiral concentrator:
This device relies on one or more inclined screws installed to slowly lift the material away from the liquid surface, separate the liquid through the surrounding filter screen, and continue to rise the solid material until it reaches the compression zone with variable diameter and spiral pitch. After spatial compression and dehydration, the material is discharged.
3、 Usage process: The solid content of the feed is 1% -4%, and the solid content of the discharge is generally between 10-20%.
