2、 The working principle of straw dismantling and kneading machine:

The principle of the dismantling and kneading machine is to use the striking and pushing force of a hammer to dismantle and refine raw materials such as bamboo, wood, straw, reed, etc. The hammer is installed on the rotor of the intermediate drive, and the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor causes the hammer to radiate and spread outwards, producing a strong and gentle impact and rubbing force. Combined with the anti rubbing effect of the lining plate inside the equipment, similar to a washboard, the raw material is torn and shredded. The lower part of the equipment is a filtering screen plate, and the size and fineness of the discharge are controlled by the size of the screen plate aperture. If the mesh size is large, the discharge will be coarse; if the mesh size is small, the discharge will be fine. When used for kneading grass fibers, a high-pressure induced draft fan needs to be configured for gravity discharge to prevent the material from being kneaded for too long and damaging the fibers. Equip and pull the material fan to accelerate the discharge speed and reduce the internal temperature of the equipment.

The device adopts dual motor transmission to ensure the stability of the device current. Suitable for separating various raw materials: one is to decompose bamboo and wood chips; The second is to dismantle grass straw and separate the dust and white film inside the straw.
