1、 Overview

This equipment is mainly used for circular sedimentation tanks in water supply and drainage engineering. One end of the main beam in the upper part of the pool is equipped with a transmission device, and the other end is connected to the central support in the center of the pool and runs in a circular motion around it. The transmission device is a planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer that drives the walking wheel to rotate through chain transmission, thereby driving the bridge to make a rotary motion.

1. Circular conical sedimentation tank, spreading from the center to the surroundings, with good sedimentation effect and large processing capacity.

2. This device only requires one motor, with low energy consumption and energy savings.

3、 Working principle

The peripheral transmission scraper mainly consists of a bridge, overflow weir, transmission device, water distribution tank, mud collection tank, mud discharge facility, power transmission and gas transmission device, etc. The water to be treated enters the water distribution tank from the central inlet pipe, flows evenly into the sedimentation tank, and then diffuses and settles around. The clear water flows out from the overflow weir at the edge of the tank, and the sludge collected in the middle discharge tank flows automatically into the sludge tank under the pressure of the liquid level. Due to the high concentration of collected sludge and stable discharge pressure, the sludge concentration is high and balanced.
